Issue
While sending out documents for signature in Salesforce getting the following error.
Error refreshing access token: invalid_request: invalid refresh token
Resolution
This error occurs when there is an error with the Adobe Sign set up in your Salesforce organisation.

Additional Information
Only Adobe Sign admin user credentials can be used to run the setup wizard.
