Error Code
Error Message: insufficient access rights on cross-reference id
Resolution
This error usually occurs when the Data Mapping being referenced has been deleted or changed due to migration to a new environment. In the Delivery Option, re-associate the Data Mapping field as this is not automatically updated during migration.
