When creating a Document Folder using a Workflow, an error can occur.

Failed to create item. <nativehr>0x8007007b</nativehr><nativestack></nativestack>

Most of the cases this happens if the Text coming from the Control in the Form that sets the title contains a space or it has some special character in it.

Instructions

Review the ULS log files and see if you can find any indication of the following entry:

OWSSVR.DLL: (unresolved symbol, module offset=0000000000015BC7)
at 0x00007FFA25B45BC7 Microsoft.SharePoint.Library.ni (https://microsoft.sharepoint.library.ni/) .dll: (unresolved symbol, module offset=000000000008BE72)

If this is the case, then:

1. Edit the Item where the workflow failed.

2. Check the control from where the Folder name is being set.

3. Make sure there are no trailing spaces in it.

4. Save the changes and re run the Workflow.

Usually, users copy and paste most of this information trailing spaces at the end or other things. It will depend on how a user types the Title of the Document Folder to be created in the Form control.
