DateTime fields may default to Jan 1, 1900 when the time zone is change on Live Forms

Issue

​When the TimeZone is changed on a Nintex Live form and then the form is submitted empty DateTime Fields are populated with incorrect data or the item fails to instantiate.  The value populated is 1 January, 1900 +Time zone difference when moving backward.  When moving forward the item is never created.

Resolution

Update to the latest version of Nintex For SharePoint 2013 .
