Issue Description
You are unable to scroll in a Form on an iPad with iOS version 10 installed.
Cause
iOS 10 Safari has a different user agent string than iOS 9, which results in the HTML attributes and CSS styling not being applied .
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 4.7 installed.
- Install the K2 4.7 February 2017 Cumulative Update.
- Get the K2 4.7 February 2017 Cumulative Update FP3 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 4.7 February 2017 Cumulative Update FP3 to apply the fix.
- Clear the Browser Cache.
