Issue
When trying to publish a botflow, the user clicks the down arrow next to "Botflow run details" to choose a bot and are unable to select the one desired or any bot.
Resolution
If one bot is not able to be selected, check the status of that bot, it may be in a status other than ready. Once the bot is back in ready status it should be selectable.
If none of the bots are able to be selected, the Nintex Bot Service may not be running. Type Services in the search at the bottom of your computer screen and when the Services App opens, Start or Restart the Nintex Bot Service.
