All users receive 'Unauthorised Message' attempting to use Single sign on

Issue

All users attempting to login to a Nintex Promapp site may receive the following error message:

Unauthorised Access
 

Resolution

This may be due to the certificate expiring.  If a Promaster has a password set from prior to your SSO being turned on they can access your site by going to https://yoursiteURL/home/bypass.

They will then be able to log in and change the password.  

If you cannot log in, email your certificate to support@nintex.com who will be able to update your certificate and restore access for all users to your site.
