Hello,
I have two lists on this site. One main list, and one secondary list. When I create new item on main list, nintex workflow automatically creates new item in secondary list (action: Create item ) with the same specification item number as in main list, that means that those two items have the same specification number.
Is it possible to get a link from that new created item in secondary list, and paste it in main item in main list?

Hi,
In your Create item action you can store the newly created ID in a variable for later use.
Use a Build String action to format the url of the link and store it in another variable.
The use an Update item action to update the current item with the url (I've created a hyperlink column for this)
