Which Active Directory field is being used for Send to Manager. When I create an activity with a destination rule of Send to Manager, I always get an error. Not a very descriptive one, I might add, but an error. If I get rid of the Send to Manager and select a person from AD to send to it works fine. I'm sure it's a problem with how AD is set up but I don't know what to trouble shoot.
This is also happening with any other AD group I try to add in the destination rule.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
