Activity data in different destination slots get overwritten.
Activity data (local data) in different destination slots is being overwritten by data from the first destination, BUT only in the case where the activity data is used in an expression.
Diagnoses
Client may need to use Activity Data instead of Process Data for the email body.
Resolution
Using Activity data instead of Process data for the e-mail body did resolve the issue.
