I am receiving different types of errors on my workflows.  I was able to access and edit workflows yesterday and this morning.  This one particular error message is one of the workflows I was able to export from one site and import to a new site, it is not showing the name or the diagram:

and I'm seeing errors like this on all other workflows:

Additional info:

We had a network outage yesterday and we did IISReset on all the servers, but didn't reboot.  We also changed the DNS Server addresses.

P.S.

Workflows seem to be running today, just can't edit them.

Hi Kim,

when you create a new workflow and use the same types of actions do you get the same errors or is it only affecting workflows that are already implemented?

If you have access to the SharePoint servers themselves you can search for the Correlation ID in ULS logs and see what the underlying error is. This might give you a clue how to fix it. What do they say?

The error messages didn't provide much information.  They started working again yesterday, not sure how, just thankful.
