Trouble with using K2.net Smartforms

Symptoms
1. Visual Studio.NET 2003 (VS.NET) unable to detect the opened project and processes in K2.net Studio
2. K2.net Smartform Datagrid not working when dropped on a K2.net Smartform canvass

Resolution
1. Shutdown K2.net Studio and VS.NET
2. Perform a search for all instances of the file Interop.K2Studio.dll in your Program FilesK2.net 2003in and Inetpubwwwroot folder
3. Delete all occurances of the file
4. Open VS.NET and your project, then add Program FilesK2.net 2003inK2Studio.exe as a reference in your VS.NET project
5. A new Interop.K2Studio.dll would be generated in the IIS project's bin folder (for example, InetpubwwwrootProj01in)
6. Copy that new Interop.K2Studio.dll to Program FilesK2.net 2003in
7. Shutdown VS.NET
7. Start K2.net Studio, open your solution
8. Start VS.NET, open your ASP.NET solution, and remove K2Studio from your project's references
9. Test binding of K2.net SmartForm document and controls to process in K2.net Studio
