hi,

I have problem in K2 Studio regarding design any new process, I was designing new process and I could not initiate it after completion , I got this message

(Form template: http://Server-home/sites/Evaluation/DocLib/Forms/template.xsn

The form template contains files that are not referenced in the form definition (.xsf) file or are referenced more than once.)

I have tried to design simple process to check where the problem is, but still have the same error message.

please advice

I would try the following:

1. Open up the infopath form in design mode and then extract the form files to a temporary location (File->extract form files)
2. Go to the temporary location and open up the Manifest.xsf file in notepad
3. Check through the list of files referenced in this document and compare the list to the files in the Temporary location. My guess is that there is a file Temporary location that is not referenced in the Manifest.xsf file so you will either need to delete file or add the reference to the file.
4. To re-pack the xsn file right click on the manifest.xsf file and select design. This will open up the form in Infopath and allow you to republish.

I hope this helps.
