had a similar issue. Are the controls listed in the available controls under central admin? We ended up having to re-run the installer and then the controls were there.
We are also having the same issue.
In central admin we are able to see the "Page Break Guide" form control...
... but we do not see it on the list of form controls on the form builder.
We upgraded our forms and workflows this past weekend and reset IIS too. The Print to PDF functionality is not showing up. I've tried publishing the forms too and no luck. Any thoughts/tips/ideas?
We have an enterprise license for forms and workflows. We updated to your latest version 2.9.20 which was in the download center. Is there another update package that we need? Since we updated workflows too at the same time, now we cannot edit or create new workflows either.
I recommend that you create a support ticket then. Since you just upgraded you should have support also. If you cannot create workflows, then there is more to your issue.
