erros when adding k2.net smart form

I m following the tutorial customer survey of k2.net 2003 and I m now building the user interface.

The problem is that when I try to add a k2.net smart form in my asp.net project I get the following error:

I m using the Denallix Virtual PC so I think everything might be installed correctly

Can anyone provide any help about this.
