I call sub work flow from the parent but sub workflow not firing when calling please check the below images;

the error message is

28042 IPC Failed to Start: 24417 K2:SPS2013spsfarm does not have rights to Start Process Sub Workflow

the issue solved after give the user rights .

I don't know if you have seen them, but there are some really good training videos available on Nintex University.
