Forms only loading ~50% of the time in Internet Explorer 9.

Symptoms


Users are having issues opening the forms even after authorizing their account. They have to refresh the page every single time just to get it to load.
 

Diagnoses


Issue: Timing issue upon loading embedded forms using IE9.
 

Resolution

Resolution: A fix will be added to a future update.
