Is there documentation somewhere of timer jobs that run on the K2 server? If so, can you provide a link?

I just checked through some of the typical sources and do not see anything specific to this, but i will keep checking. Anyone else seen or read this anywhere?

There are no timer jobs installed on K2 Server. If you are referring to timer jobs in SharePoint, there are a couple of them e.g. K2 workflow failover. The workflow engine (K2HostServer as a windows service) is responsible for execution of individual activities. The technical details on this engine are not available to the public.
