I have created a workflow to send email notification pause until action of the specific date
if that date changed then also the mail is not trigggering

that date was changed while the workflow is running?
because if you modify the list item while the workflow is still running.
changes will not apply on the running workflow, even if you choose "Start when items are modified" in workflow settings.
if the date gets updated after the item is created, make another workflow that runs on item modifying, make it terminate the running workflow and run it again.

That date is not modified in the login history list its showing pausing until the specified date example(today's date)12:00AM then also its not firing its crossed the date
