Hi,
- I changed the From address of all the mail events in the workflow from A to B.
- I deployed the workflow for the changes to come to effect.
- I also ran the K2 BlackPearl Setup Manager and configured the From Address in it.
Then i created a Process instance.The mail received by the Destination User had the From Address as A. It is not changed to B.
Is there any change that has to be done in the K2 databases manually ?
Can you please provide the solution to change the From Address from A to B ?
