My Scenario:
I have a process with some Events of type: Sharepoint Workflow Integration Client .
These Event are assigned to a specific user or a list of users (generated from a SmartObject).
I have customized the email to send.
The problem is:
Each user receives 2 email:
1. from K2....my customized email
2. from Workflow service, where i some standard information of Sharepoint List Item with link to itsself
There are some Events like this and they have been assigned to a Sharepoint Group directly. The users of this Sharepoint Group receive only my customized email.
it seems that if I assigne the task to a specific user, I'll send 2 email (customized email and Standard Workflow email) or if I assigne the task to a Sharepoint Group, I'll send only my customized email.
I would like to send only my customized Email.
Which is the problem?
