You can do this via the portal.
Support > License Key Request > Evaluation License Key

many thanks for the reply. currently i do not have a k2 portal account and it seemed that there is no way i could create one. would appreciate if you could advise on this.

How did you get an evaluation license key if you dont have a portal account? Do you have a VPC image supplied by K2 ?

yes it was a virtual machine provided during the k2 training. now i have a k2 portal account my colleague just made last week. still i haven't got a new evaluation license.

If you have already requested for an evaluation license and waiting for it to be approved, just give K2 offices a call and someone might help you.
