Symptoms
We have one simple workflow attached to SharePoint list on item added event , when adding new item on this list K2 workflow is not initiating and no K2 instance generated , it’s not generating any error in event log also I make sure that the ASP.net impersonation for SP15EventService/RemoteEventService.svc is disabled , what’s the problem , I need urgent solution
Diagnoses
it was suspected that this error is caused by the HTTP Activation feature not being installed for both .NET 3.5 and .NET 4.5. However, this was not the case.
Resolution
After running the configuration analysis wizard it was found that the MSMQ is not working properly the customer fixed the MSMQ issue and this fixed the problem
