Hello All,

I have installed K2 blackpearl and k2 studio and other componenent are working fine but when it comes to workspcae there is no item just a blank page and when I browse it from ISS then I am getting the following error.

HTTP Error 401.2 - Unauthorized

You are not authorized to view this page due to invalid authentication
headers.

Most likely causes:

  • No authentication protocol (including anonymous) is selected in IIS.

  • Only integrated authentication is enabled, and a client browser was used
that does not support integrated authentication.

  • Integrated authentication is enabled and the request was sent through a
proxy that changed the authentication headers before they reach the Web server.

  • The Web server is not configured for anonymous access and a required
    authorization header was not received.

  • The "configuration/system.webServer/authorization" configuration section may
be explicitly denying the user access.

Is this a standalone machine or a distributed setup. Add the workspace url to "Local Intranet" zone in Internet Explorer. Why are you browsing from IIS? use IE. Do you get any authentication prompts when browsing to workspace website using IE

I saw no one answer this.

I had the same problem. K2 Analysis was working fine. GotJey from Jeylab come over to fix it and it ended up being the OS missing the application server role under windows. IIS was installed but make sure Application Server is also added.
