From time to time when users reply to a Assign Flexi Task email, the To field in the email isn't filled in with the generic lazy approval email, but contains the user that the email was sent from. and so the response is not considered. this happened when using iPhone or Windows phone. It doesn't always happen to the same user if he/she uses the mobile device. (and if he replies from the PC it works just great - the lazy approval email is in the right place and all is fine. )
Has anyone encountered anything like this before?
could you post a screenshot of your flexi tasks configuration? Maybe it gives a clue what might be the cause of the inconsistent behaviour.

Here are 2 screenshots. This is very strange as it only happens for some users and only when they reply from their phone. if they reply from the laptop, everything works great.
Hmm the configuration looks good to me.
As the results are inconsistent I think it's best to work this one out with the help of the support team. From here there is nothing I could suggest. :/
