Hi,
I have encountered a problem when user without email address in active directory submit a request to approver.But the user with email account with email address in active directory, there was not problem.
From the log, there is too little of information to track the error as shown below.
As with refer to the log, there is error encountered when create serial no event. From K2 workspace Error Profiles, I can see the serial number generated but in smart Object is blank.
