HI all,

Just wondering f anyone has encountered the following error before.

I have a custom smartobject method that basically, starts a workflow. I pass some parameters and it then assigns those parameters to the correct datafields and then starts a process instance. This method works 100% in development. In the live envirnment, I am seeing this error very randomly. It occurs about or twice each month. I have never been able to reproduce it myself. Just wondering if anyone else has found the cause of the issue.
