how to capture field description as a variable

Hi,

When a new Item is created, i would like to send an email with all the field labels and values. Also, I would like to add field descriptions in the email.

How to get field description values in the email?

please help..

...the only way I'm aware is create a txt field (lblxxx), enter the field label, you can changed the backgrd, hide-when options as needed.  Perhaps there is a better option, but for now, this works for me.
