I try to remove user from active directory but workflow get error "Failed to remove user from AD group. The server is unwilling to process the request."
remove user from active directory action is configured like below
EULAtestuser0 has access to remove user wizardly.

My Workflow began to work again. I edited it and re-published it again.
I also re-added the group to the AD Group. Not sure if that will help you.
