Hi,

What do you usually use to host a User Interface for a K2 workflow? ASP.NET web application, Windows Forms, SharePoint lists, something else? Compared to the K2 Process development time, how much time it usually takes you to develop the UI part?

Generally, what are your thoughts regarding this aspect of the development process?

Regards,

Hristo

It normally depends on your user requirements.

Document intiated flows are generally quicker to get up and running.  However, if the front-end user interface requirements get complex, it might be easier to go the .NET approach which will generally give you better flexibility on the form functionality.

Infopath would meet most requirements for a front end. But when the requirement gets complex the asp.net can be used.

If the time to go live is less then infopath shud be preferred over asp.net
