I have a task that permits a manager to approve or reject a form via email response, in that they just have to reply to the automated task email with the work “Approve” or “Reject”.
After they do so, I want to store who actioned the task in a data field or my database. However, when I attempt to store “Activity Instance Destination User Name” or “Activity Instance Display Name”, I see that “K2Server” is the value stored for all of these.
How do I change this so that it’s the actual user who actioned the task?
