Symptoms
When launching K2 Studio, you receive an error This indicates that the application could not find a part of the path.
Diagnoses
The folder does exist and we have confirmed that the user has full permissions to the folder.
This issue is happening for two users but other users are using K2 Studio successfully.
Resolution
This has been confirmed as being an issue with the way in which the folders were being created, in that they were created as "K2 Studio" and not "K2Studio". It was a process issue with our process and the call can be closed.
