Escalation "Complete task" is not working.
This is a document review workflow and the reviewers have 4 business days to review the document and add their comments if they have any, then complete their task.
I have tried using just 1 day, just 1 hour, just 5 min (all individual of each other) and nothing has worked. The task never moves forward.

@TMTucker ......What's the data type for start time? If it's date and time then can you try using date calculation action and add 5 minutes there and use that variable in time to escalation?

The start time is referencing the "log in history list" start time. I have also tried having just 5 or just 15 there and there is still no results
I have no variables set up (through the variable option at the top)
The only date option I have in the variables is this ..
