How do I create a list using a template from a different site?

To complete Donatas Krušna, once you saved the list as a template, go to the site settings and follow "List templates" link below "Web Designer Galleries". Select the template you've just made and "Download a copy" of it.
Go to the second SharePoint site, in the same gallerie, then Upload the list template file (.stp) in it.
