K2 blackpearl for SharePoint 2013 registration issue

Hi All,

I had installed the K2 for SharePoint 2013 on both K2 and SP server,I am successfully able to install K2 for Blackpearl apps on site,but while doing registration process in Authentication steps it hangs

can yoou please let me know what required pemissions needed to make it work.

You will need administrative permissions in order to run the K2 for SharePoint Registration Wizard. Otherwise, I would use f12 to check to see what the page is hanging on. It should indicate which call is causing the hanging.

2.  Please also try adding the correspond sites (sharepoint url , appdomain url , and K2 url) to the trusted zones in your browser setting, ex:



*.domain.com
*.appdomain.com

Thank for your reply.

 

1. Do we need to used non-system account to complete the registration process?

2.I am using system account and i am able to successfully installed K2 Blackpearl app on SP site & App deployment wizard run successfully.

App deployment wizard successfully deploy the testapp on SP site.

After that whn i click on register the K2 for SharePoint that time pages get loded and i dont see any thing working.its keep on loading .

 

Granted below rights to Service account on DB

 

 

Role

Databases

Public

SharePoint_Shell_Access

SPDataAcces

·         Content_database

·         SharePoint_AdminContent_[Guid]

·         SharePoint_Config

 

 

  1. Granted below permission to  service account for “K2 for SharePoint” app to the SharePoint app catalog
  • Local Administrator on the SharePoint Server
  • K2 Administrator
  • Site Collection Administrator of the App Catalog Site Collection
  • db_owner Access to the SharePoint_Config Database
  • SharePoint Shell Access role

Please let me know if i miss any other permission on either  K2 server or on SP site.
