Using OpenWorklist in web page to display list of worklist items for user. User A see list perfectly. User B does not. User A and B are in identical roles, have same rights etc. I checked in the WorkSpace Worklist and the list of available processes for user A and B are the same. Whys is this happening? Any help on what else to test would be appreciated.

Perhaps you could try adding a user C. If user C can't see the list as well you know the issue is with how the latter users are set up. But if user C CAN see the list fine, then you know it's something specific about user B that is broken.
