We have many workflows with start events as Nintex Forms in NWC. In all the forms, we enabled reCAPTCHA. The reCAPTCHA icon shows next to the Submit button but the functionality is not working at all in IE 11 or Chrome browser.

I checked the following blog but it did not help:

https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/faq

Any thoughts on how to make the reCAPTCHA work in IE 11? We have around 10 WFs in NWC. Trying to find the fix immediately.

Any thoughts?

Hi! How do you know the reCaptcha is not working?

As far as I know this mechanism not always pops up a "quiz" to select e.g. all traffic lights or store fronts, but works in a background. Have you tried in Private Mode to check if there it asks you to solve the quiz?

Appreciate your reply.

Business users tested multiple forms which are enabled with reCAPTCHA in Private Mode. All of them are working fine. But, client is not accepting the solution of running the browser in Private Mode as these forms are externally accessed by anonymous users. We do not know which browser and their version the user will be using. Do you have any recommendation to make this working in all browsers?

When you mentioned it works in background, may I know how will it stop the anonymous users who dumps the information automatically with a scripted tool to submit the forms thousands of times.

Hi @Krishna ,

We use Google Invisible reCAPTCHA which only prompts the validation of a human if suspicious vectors are detected.
