Attach image from library to email, not working

Hello everyone

I want to attach a file to an email

I have created a variable to build a string with the URL for the file

I've added the URL to the email in the attachments section

The email terminates with "Attachment file URL is not valid for: UKMP-18,035-Sketch.jpg"

Even though i can click and open the file from the history step?

Any ideas?
