Customize escalation rules.

What we are looking for is to find a specific mechanism to cusomize the current built in escalation rules in order to be able to make the desired notification behaviour without being limited by only the given ones (i.e. Redirect, Go to, Email, Expire and Default). We know that the default notification allows us to add our own code or call, however; we do not prefer to add our custom code for each activity. If there is a better suggestion for our need, please inform us about it to utilize it.
