Hi, shah

From k2 studio, navigate to the environment tab. Expand the Workflow Server(s) node, right-click on Wokflow Server and select edit. On the connection string, make sure the Host value is pointed to the correct k2 server. Then click on the Test button and let us know if the test success or fail.

If this working it's fine or try this

1. That the server name and port is correct in K2 File options.
2. You have full access to deploy and 5555 and 5252 ports are open.
3. The "Default Template" in the Environment Library in workspace is present and that the correct environments (Dev, Prod) and all of the associated environment fields are there.
4. On the workspace the workflow server set the environment field to default.
5. From client machine navigate to "C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataSourceCode". Open the configurationmanager.config file, find all instances of K2 server and ensure it is pointing to correct server.

Kind Regards
