How to get List items on InfoPath form integrated with K2 process?

I have an infopath form integrated with K2 Blackpearl process. When initiation the request in InfoPath form, I need to get the list data dynamically based on the conditions.

Without K2, I can do it through the code.

With K2, I don't know how to do that, since it is in the stage before K2 process was started.
