Getting the following error when trying to access K2 Application from SharePoint list/library
Error Code
The SmartObject SharePoint_Integration_Workflow_Helper_Methods or one of its components could not be resolved.
Error Details: ServiceObject definition does not contain method. ServiceObject : [SharePointIntegrationHelperMethods]. Method : [ManageSPOnpremAppitAADToken]
Resolution
This error can be caused by running Setup Manager to reconfigure K2 while the system has Cumulative Update and FixPack applied. Reapply FixPack will resolve the issue. In this example, this environment has K2 5.4 with Nov 2021 CU + FP5 installed. After reconfigure K2, FixPack 5 will need to be reapplied.
