When using Nintex Workflow Create Item action to create documents with Content Controls or Quick Parts, when attempting to open the document you will encounter the error message below:
"We're sorry. We can't open 'Document' because we found a problem with its contents"

Instructions
This is expected behaviour. However, the workaround for the document to be opened successfully is to change the document template extension format from .dotx to .docx.
