Nintex Live for Nintex 2016? Error while creating Nintex 2016 workflow with Docusign

Hi Team,

We are getting below error while creating Nintex 2016 workflow with DocuSign.

"Error performing DocuSign retrieve envelope status activity."

 "Could not find service of type 'Nintex.Workflow.Live.WorkflowRuntime.IOnlineWFMessageService' through the currently configured services. Consider adding the service to ExternalDataExchangeServic"

We did not find any Nintex live 2016 component/wsp in farm do we need it installed on SharePoint 2016 Server? 

Please guide on troubleshooting above error.@Enrico Knapp

Hi Enrico,

Dose Nintex Live is built in with Nintex 2016 ?

I am referring document of Nintex 2013 and it is said that-" You must have  Nintex Workflow License that is enabled for for  Nintex Live.

Also I do not see NintexLiveCore.wsp in Farm Solution.

Please suggest.

Hello,

Nintex Live is still present in Nintex 2016 but its not officially called "Live" anymore. It also does not have an own wsp file.

You can setup the older Live settings in "External connection settings".

With "Health checks" you can check your connection. If you need to use live settings your last point should be green. In my testing environment it's not enabled.

Hi Enrico,

We have enabled this setting keeping default values and getting last point as green. But not sure why we re getting error for Nintex Live.
