Partner Error

 Hi Everyone,
Im trying to open the help page and every time i try to log in , i get this error message even though im a partner and im logged in , has anyone experienced this ? and if you have how did you walkaround it
 
 
Knowledge Center Access Failed: You are either not logged in or you do not have a current K2 portal account with the correct access level. Please log in above or contact your local K2 Sales Representative.

You may have previously logged in as another user on one of the K2 sites (portal, community, knowledge base etc) and it has retained that session.

 

Try logging/signing out and logging in again with your account.
