1) depending on situations, some requests need Manager approval, some don't, we will be sending Value from smartforms whether approval is needed or not.
if Value is 'N' (Not needed) then i need to make workflow skip that event and move to next one event in sequence of approval.
Currently it stops there, how can i make it move to next step to FA manager approval event.
