SharePoint Online: Pulling information for fields from a list

Jump to solution

I have a list which contains account information:

Account Name - Account Type - Account Number

Within my form, I'd like for a user to be able to select the "Account Name" and then the remaining fields be auto-populated once the "Account Name" has been selected.

Any suggestions on how to do this?

@mcamarco if the Account information is all in Office 365, you can use the Calculated Value column and the Lookup function. This article covers it pretty well Nintex Forms Lookup Function

Or if you're using Responsive Designer, using a label and a variable with ParseLookup function. @EuanGamble covers it in his awesome video, worth subscribing to his channel while you're there Nintex New Responsive Forms for Office365 - The calculate value control is missing. What now?
