How can I add values to two columns on a listitem that was created by generate document action?

I have a workflow that generates a word document and stores it as a listitem in a documentlib.

This listitem also have 2 columns that I want to fill with value from the List lookup in Nintex Workflow. I cant find a way to do that.. I tried using the action called "Update List item" but  in the settings for that action when I select the documentlib as source and then try to find following field: "Name (linked to document with edit menu)" there is none..

Generate documentation action sets " Name (linked to document with edit menu) " by default when storing it in the documentlib.. So basicly I cant do a where criteria..

Any solutions is appreciated,

it adds it as a document to a document library?

and you want to update the metadata columns of the uploaded document?

Correct its basicly two empty columns when the document get stored in the document lib by "Generate document" action. I need to fill those two columns with list lookup values.
