I am facing a trouble when submitting a registration from public. The issue is like this:
I updated Nintex Form (2.3.31 to 2.11.5.0) and Work Flow (from 3.0.8 to 3.4.0) in production.
We HAVE few registration forms that are filled up by external clients residing on the same SharePoint site collection. Two of the registrations are being submitted without issue. But when submitting other two forms, the 404 error is thrown.
From investigation, we found there is a protocol difference between two forms:
The working forms protocol:
Method: POST
Protocol : TLSV1.2
Version: HTTP/1.1
Host: www.xxx.org
Url: /aaaaa/bbbb/Pages/xxxxclass_147_register.aspx
The non-working forms protocol: (this is working in internal site. But not in external site)
Method: POST
Protocol : HTTPS
Version: HTTP/1.1
Host: www.xxx.org
Url: /aaaaa/bbbb /Pages//aaaaa/bbbb/Pages/xxxxclass_167_register.aspx
Please let me know whether you can suggest something out it,
