Changes in AD causing issues

One of our users asked the infrastructure team to change her last name. But after her last name was changed from AD, the user could not see her previous workflow lists in K2. She could however see the workflow assigned to her after (last)name change.


The management console (from admin login) correctly displays all the workflows associated with the user.


Can someone please help?

A quick fix might be to do self redirect of the old tasks from the Management Console.

Did her domain ID change?   Strange issue if it did not.   Are you on the latest version of K2?

I did that too. I did redirect of all the tasks from the user to another user and back again. But it didn't work either.

Her domain ID didn't change. Just her last name. That's why this issue is really strange.

I got it. There was some customisation done and infact I was looking at the wrong list.
